1. We usually meet you at your home the same business day or the next. 

2. We listen to what you want, we bounce ideas off you, we talk about your budget and what are the most important things and what you have to have. 

3. We design your pool the same day and within 24 hours you have a 3D rendering of your backyard based on the information we gathered on our face to face visit. 

4.We edit, make changes and then get the dream pool designed and priced. 

This takes about 3 days from the initial call. Once this step is done, we can start the permitting and scheduling of construction. Depending on area of you are in, permitting can take 10-45 days from this time. Once we have the permit, we start excavation within 3 business days. 

Like anything else that requires a lot of options, we understand that this is an important process. We have been very successful with our selection model. In an effort to make things less stressful for you, we use your inspiration photos and go to our suppliers and get samples for you. We never limit you, so if you don't love what we get for you, we will meet you at the distributors showroom and give you full access to everything we can get. 

Because we are small, family owned and operated, we only take on a certain number of builds at a time. There are times that we do have a short waiting list, but it's not typically an issue due to permitting and the behind-the-scenes things that have to be done in preparation for starting a new build. 

We offer in-ground, gunite swimming pools.

No, we are a full-service outdoor company. We can build cabanas, pergolas, patio extensions, cooking areas, fire pits, landscaping, putting greens, inground trampolines basketball courts. We are only limited by the vision of the property owner.  

Our build times are commonly 4-6 weeks from excavation to swim. There are some variables that can slow us down, but we want to get your backyard oasis finished as quickly as possible so your family can start creating memories. 

We offer a 25-year warranty on the shell of our pools and a 1 year warranty on the plumbing. We are proud to offer the industry standard as it relates to warranty.

We value our work to family balance, as a result we do not work or schedule work on the weekends. However, in some cases part of our team want to work on the weekends. We will never schedule work to start on a weekend but carry over work can continue. Not to worry though, our completion timeline is based on business days, so this does not cause delays.

We have the ability to get any brand equipment that is available in the market. However, we design our swimming pools to only use Pentair. We have a great relationship with our local rep who provides outstanding service and support. In addition, this is the equipment we use in our personal pool, and we feel like it only makes sense.
